So the cat and mouse game continues...

Well myspace noticed the hole I pointed out with their msplinks.com domain and patched it up. I don't think it was fixed because they didn't want imeem.com to benefit. It was potentially dangerous because it could be used to point to *ANY* website - even the malicious ones that were blacklisted way back when. So them fixing it is a sort of good thing.

But anyways, on to business, imeem.com shut out once again - blah blah blah - not really. Always a step ahead, or, one step behind in this case I put up a url shortening script which I found for free on hotscripts.com. It's function is much like what myspace.com was doing when I explained how to encode your urls. This particular script has an option for you to login and change where your url is redirected to at any time without touching myspace. I chose this script just in case myspace decides to filter out my webpage (which I highly doubt - but possible).

i replaced my imeem on myspace it was working with your old method and now i'm using the new one but now it showes up but it doesnt load if i post a playlist it says 0% and a single song it just says loading... i dont know if it's my computer or not ... i mean i can listen to it on imeem so ... i'm not sure

It appears that myspace "temporarily" disabled the msplinks.com domain for about 24 hours recently (actually they just setup a forward to www.myspace.com). They probably received a lot of complaints about this, and reversed it - but making sure no new links using their old script could be created. With this said, if you have the old method still working - LEAVE IT ALONE. Of course you will have to mess if you want to change a playlist / song / video etc.

As far as the new one goes, I have been erasing and re-inserting the code back in daily with no problems. Make sure you follow the tutorial closely. If there is anything unclear, please be kind enough to point it out - even if there is something incorrect.

i noticed that it works when i put the code in. but after a short while, the playlist will not appear anymore.
